Dear
Fellow Laborers,
July 2005
Praise
the Lord for the exciting things He is doing in Russia!

We
had ten thousand of these Gospel
tracts printed. The front says,
“How to go to Heaven”.
10,000
Tracts Printed and Being Distributed
We
praise the Lord that during the fi rst month back
we were able to design and print 10,000 high quality
tracts. We were very excited to fi nd a printer that was
reasonably priced, easy to work with, and has already
offered us discounts.
This
is one of the prospects that
we are looking at. The basement
and the fi rst fl oor are complete.
The
Search for a Permanent Residence Begins
The
process to fi nd a permanent place to live can be
a long one. First, there needs to be a lawyer to check
all the documents of the prospective places. Then
one needs to set up meetings with the sellers. This
takes longer than normal when in the summer time
as many are on vacation. We are praying that we
will only need to spend two to three months at it. We
have already hired a lawyer, seen many realtors, and
seen many pieces of land, including some with halfbuilt
houses already on them.

This
is a prospective place
to live without anything
built on it already.

Falls in Love with a Dead Fish
One
of the least bright things I have ever done was
to buy my son a dead fi sh. On every street corner here
in Samara, whole dry fi sh are for sale complete with
everything except the eyes. I had never tried it and I
was feeling kind of adventurous, plus I know that my
son loves any thing to do with fi sh. He likes to eat fi sh,
play with fi sh toys, and especially to see real live fi sh. I
brought it home, gave it to my son, and he instantly fell
in love with it. When I told him we were going to try to
eat it, he informed me that we couldn’t do that because
this was a “special fi sh”. We kept it in a cellophane
bag,
and he carried it everywhere that evening. He talked to
it and introduced it to his other toys. When night time
came, he put it in the refrigerator so that it could “go
to
sleep”. Unfortunately his love could not last, and the
fi sh had to go.

My
son fell in love with a
dead fi sh this month
(Notice the fish curtian)
Yours
in Christ,
