Dear
Fellow Laborers,
September 2009
Praise the Lord for the exciting things that are happening in Russia!
Andre Saved
I met Andre while out soul winning near a teacher’s college in our city. He was 16 years old, but it was hard to tell because he was taller than me by 4 inches or more. He listened intently as I witnessed to him and he made a profession of faith. I have tried to schedule a time when I could meet with him for discipleship, but with school just starting, he says he has little time. Please pray that God will convict his heart about his need to study the Word.
Land Leveled, Hole Dug, Concrete Poured
We are very happy to report that after about a year of planning, permit wrangling, and praying, that we have broken ground on our house/church project. In our original time line, we were hoping to be done with the shell of the house before this winter. However, we did not receive the building permit that we needed to start with until the beginning of August. Also, we could not begin construction because our architect still had not finished the plans we needed until the end of August. Altogether, our architect held up our project a precious two months. We should be done with the foundation at the beginning of October. However, this means it will be difficult to get even the walls up once the foundation is complete. The low temperatures and rain in October make working with concrete difficult and expensive. The good news is that the delay for the opening of the church building will only be a couple of months. Praise the Lord for progress!

Our building program has broken ground, and by next month we should have a completed foundation to show you. Praise the Lord for His provision.
Yours
in Christ,
Adam, Angela, Alex, Amelia, Alisa, and Austin
