Dear
Fellow Laborers,
November
2004
Praise
the Lord for the exciting things He is doing in Russia!

21
medical students enjoy fellowship at our home.
Please
pray for Permanent Residency Visas
We
have just received our letters of invitation and will be getting
our one year visas this month to go to Rostov. Please continue
to pray for our permanent residency visas. These visas last for
five years, and allow one all the regular rights of a Russian
citizen, except the right to vote. After consulting with our lawyer,
we believe it could take most of next year or longer to get this
done. This is key for our ministry here, because it will give
us a great deal of freedom in an area of Russia where the people
are very open to the Gospel, but missionaries have had trouble
with the government. .

in Sunday school class. He thinks he is leading songs here.
Our
Family is Expanding
The
Lord has blessed my wife and I, and we are expecting our second
child in late April, early May. Please pray for the health of
my wife and our baby.
Two
College Students Saved
At
a fellowship in our home, we had four first time visitors, and
I preached a simple Gospel message from John 3. Kingsly raised
his hand saying that he was interested in knowing more about salvation.
I went to his dorm room and had the honor of leading him to Christ.
Hannish as been very faithful and active in our study, and last
May raised his hand in one of the services saying he had accepted
Christ. However, as it is many times the case in any church, he
did not fully understand God’s grace. It became apparent
that Hannish was still trusting his works to get to Heaven. Hannish
now knows that it is faith alone that saves, and is now on his
way to Heaven.
Nadeshda
who got saved last month being faithful to church.
Five
Year Anniversary Sees 90 in Attendance
The church that we are working in just had its five year anniversary
service. The Charters family started this church, and the Lord
blessed on one of the biggest days of the year. We also had many
first time visitors..
Missions
Sunday
We
had missionary to the Russian deaf, Victor Bogdonof, come to our
church and preach. Victor himself is deaf and has a difficult
time speaking, but many of our people love to hear a message from
a messenger whose life speaks volumes. He brought with him most
of his deaf church, and they performed a popular Russian hymn
for us using Russian sign language.

Missions
Sunday on the mission field. Everybody takes part.
Yours
in Christ,
Adam, Angela, and Alex
